Shane came to Simpson UMC and the Wesley Foundation after serving in Clarkston, WA for five years. He is a 2004 graduate of Wichita State University and a 2009 graduate of Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO. Shane enjoys all kinds of sports. He is a Wichita State Shockers, a Kansas City Royals fan and as life in Pullman requires, becoming a Washington State Cougars fan. He and his wife MegAnn have two daughters, Katelyn and Emily. Christian Education Director and Wesley Foundation at WSU Support Staff
MegAnn leads all aspects of Christian education at Simpson UMC and provides administrative support for the Wesley Foundation at WSU. MegAnn is a 2005 graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA and a 2009 graduate of Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO. In 2011 she received her Washington state teaching certificate. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her husband Shane and two daughters Katelyn and Emily. Director of Music Ministry
Dean directs the adult vocal choir, praise team and administers the musical life of Simpson UMC. Prior to Simpson, Dean served as director of music at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Urbana, Il. Dean is an Assistant Professor at WSU where he directs choirs, teaches voice, and prepares students for their professional lives as music educators. Originally from Green Bay, WI, Dean earned his Bachelor of Music in Music Education from UW-Green Bay, his Masters of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of South Florida and his Doctor of Music Arts in Choral Music and Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
Director of Handbells
Cyndi began ringing in 1997 at her church in Massachusetts. She learned quickly and was soon ringing solos and small ensembles. In 2000, Cyndi became a founding member of The New England Ringers, a professional advanced handbell ensemble that performs throughout New England. She has directed bell choirs in several Massachusetts churches before moving to Pullman in 2007. Email Cyndi at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Larry has been the office manager at Simpson UMC since 2012. He brings 30 years of organizational and practical manufacturing experience to the work environment. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 2013 with a degree in history with a art concentration. Email Larry at email@example.com.
