It’s sometimes difficult to know what to expect when going to a new place; we understand because it’s true for all of us, too. Here is some basic information so that you know something about us before you arrive.
Our congregational family includes all ages, and we come from a wide variety of backgrounds. You’ll see people dressed in a variety of styles, from suits, sports coats, and dresses to jeans and t-shirts. During the service, you’ll be encouraged to say hello to those around you, but you won’t be introduced as a visitor to the congregation. Also, you’re a guest here the first few times you visit, so feel free to let the offering plate pass you by as it travels down your row.
We encourage children to attend worship, and they can also attend Children’s Ministry groups for preschoolers through 5th grade after the Children’s Moment in the Traditional and Emergent services. We provide nursery care for very young children during these services. We do not offer nursery care or children’s programming during the Wednesday evening Inspire service.
We’re expecting you, so look for a Visitor parking spot near the church entrance and pull right in. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
Once you’re here, look for ways to connect with others. We know how important relationships are and those are difficult to foster during worship. We welcome you to classes, discussion groups, Bible and book studies, prayer meetings, fellowship gatherings, and service opportunities. You will find many opportunities to connect right here on our website.
