We offer several different worship services, and you are welcome to any and all. Our worship services revolve around the Holy Trinity through the spoken word and music; we summarize them here to help you choose what sounds most attractive to you.
Our Traditional service honors our church heritage and may follow the liturgical calendar, include a specific order of worship, hymns accompanied by a pipe organ, responsive readings, and Old and New Testament readings. This service generally is more formal than our other services. Expect this service to last about one hour.
Our Emergent service is called The Abbey and is informal and includes elements from both traditional and contemporary worship. Music may be accompanied by a keyboard, a single guitar or a full band. We celebrate other art forms (such as drawing, painting, sculpture, prose, and poetry) as a means of worship, conversation is often a part of the service, and building relationships is an integral component. This service typically lasts about an hour, but may occasionally
be a little longer.
Our Inspire! service is for college students and features live Christian rock music and discussion, as well as a free supper on Wednesday evenings at the Interfaith House
on the WSU Campus. Expect this service to last about 2 hours including dinner.
